Ferrero seeks more U.S. shelf space with Kellogg deal

The Italian company — maker of global staple, Nutella — is buying several cookie and snack brands from Kellogg Co., which is trying to focus on other hit brands, like Cheez-It crackers. The deal will give Ferrero more visibility in snack aisles across the U.S.
