Comcast and a dozen other operators already have arrangements to offer streamed content from providers like Netflix. Charter Communications is working on a similar deal with Netflix and both companies are reportedly in talks with Hulu. As cord-cutting gathers steam, it’s a case of “if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em.”
