We break down the week’s economic and business news with Redfin Chief Economist Nela Richardson and the New Yorker’s Sheelah Kolhatkar. This week, European leaders Angela Merkel and Emmanuel Macron both visited Washington to talk trade with President Donald Trump, in light of recent international trade tensions. We discuss how successful the meetings were. Then, we continue the trade conversation, ahead of Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin’s visit to China. Later, we discuss the newest economic numbers out of the Fed.
